Description

Have you ever noticed certain reoccurring patterns in your life that aren’t working for you anymore? Do you have strong emotional responses to things/people/places or behaviors you’d like to stop but don’t know how? Neuro-Linguistic Programming is one approach to understanding how your mind works by discovering the language of your own mind! In this session we’ll cover how we take in information through our senses and then processes it through filters that have been developed based on our life experiences or possibly even present from birth. We’ll discuss what those filters are and how they impact the way we perceive. This process affects our physical and emotional states and ultimately our behaviors. Therefore, changing our way of thinking can come from understanding and impacting the filters in the mind. As a coaching client, this discussion is typically the first conversation I would have with you. Using techniques based on NLP and other approaches, the filters in your mind can be changed to allow you to have a new and more desirable experience. If any of this resonates with you, then this is the session to attend!
